2022年10月23日、午後遅く、176人の乗客を乗せた大韓航空Airbus A330-300（HL7525）機体が
フィリピン中部に位置するMactan international airport滑走路に着陸する途中、悪天候で滑走路を脱ぎ、されました。
この日の事故で数十台のフライトがキャンセルされました。
the emergency slidesを使って脱出した乗組員は11人、乗客162人で幸い負傷者はいませんでした。
