Dear friend, Really really sorry for all of this, the dispute reason is very very important for the store, or it will be closed, in the end of each month , there is assessment, if can't pass , will be exited, can't sale all this kind products any more.
The dispute reason does not affect the buyer at all. I keep my promise offer return full refund ,many many thanks if you can keep the earphone,I will refund $15 as the compensation
