比較すると分かる通り、
>Please provide information on any measures taken to eradicate the preventive detention of children.
(子どもたちの予防拘禁を根絶するためのあらゆる政策について情報を提供してください)
が、すっぽり脱落している。List of issuesが発出されてもう４ヶ月半が経過するが、全く訂正されていない。
そして、この児童の少年院への予防拘禁こそ、厚労省が、根絶どころか、弁護士を各児相に配置して推進しようとしている政策なのである。
