~ cat ファイルをダウンロードする際に別のチェックを追加
ソースホストに存在することを確認する [常にではない] 。
~ aria2 のための改行検出を改善、
find /i` の2回の呼び出しを1回の `findstr` 呼び出しに置き換える。
また、ダウンロードを再開する際の `missing` line エラーを修正しました。
