Cent OS7にMysqlを入れたらエラーを吐き出した

ちなサーバー構築３回程度の初心者
今回は忘れないように解決策を調べながら掲示板に残してみるが、わからないところは教えて欲しいです

・Cent OS
CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core)
・Mysql
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.23, for Linux (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper

・エラー（mysqld --varsion）
