Even if people with HIV are on therapy, and especially if they are not, Rosenthal recommends using condoms or other types of barrier protection during sex.
治療を受けているHIVの人も、特別な理由で治療を受けていないHIVの人も、SEX中はコンドームなどでバリア防御しましょう。
Barrier protection is particularly important for people who miss doses of their therapy or in cases where the virus develops resistance, or finds ways to replicate even in the presence of antiretroviral drugs, Rosenthal said.
薬を飲み忘れたりして正しく服薬していない人は、耐性ウイルスが出たり薬が効かなくなったりしているので特にバリアが重要です。
