HTML では要素名と属性名は case-insensitive だけど、
可読性のために要素名は大文字で属性名は小文字で書かれる
とかなんとか

可読性が理由になっているので、コンテンツが全角メインなら
要素名も小文字にしたほうが良いと言えるし、要素名と属性名
がごっちゃになって読み辛いという人は上記の通りで良いのでは？
