The TSH purchase agreement for the E2s is subject to “certain
conditions” and will be added to Embraer’s firm order backlog when
these conditions are met.Conditions are related to bringing the
aircraft to market, according to Leach.


この “certain conditions” の一つに，
「スコープ・クローズが(2020年までに)緩和されるかどうか」
と言うのは大いにありえる．
