819 :氷上の名無しさん@実況厳禁:2010/03/06(土) 16:50:22 ID:2kg2z1gS0 >>805 J-estina, a Korean jewelry company and NOT one of the official Vancouver Olympic sponsors, has been using Ms. Kim Yu-Na in their advertisements for the product lineup called Kim Yu-Na Model Earrings, which Ms. Kim wore in the Olympic Games.
She wore the products of J-estina, namely earrings, during ladies figure skating competitions, the medal ceremony, and official press conferences.
Meanwhile, J-estina continued to advertise the products DURING the Olympic Games explicitly claiming that Kim Yu-Na wore the earrings in the Olympics.
Their actions are highly likely a violation of the Olympic Charter.

These earrings and J.ESTINA are reported in Korean news websites. Summary "These earrings are specially made for the Olympic Games. This company had a special sale DURING the Olympics and got 20% more sales than usual."

英語について気になったところが何点か・・・ ・最初の画面「I love Olympic games?」→「We love the Olumpic Games. Don't we?」 は 「Is J.ESTINA an Official Sponsor? (時間をおいて) No, it's not!」 ・2分18秒あたりで出てくる「These earrings 〜 than usual."」 に関しては、 「Korean news websites reported on J.ESTINA and these earrings, saying "These earrings are specially made for the Olympic Games. This company had a special sale DURING the Olympics and got 20% more sales than usual."」 あと、右上の「WEB SITE」も「J.ESTINA Website Feb 26, 2010 (DURING the Olympics)」 ぐらいの方がわかりやすくていいと思います。 ・2分34秒くらいの「Kim Yu-Na violate the Olympic Charter?」は 「Do you think Kim Yu-Na violated the Olympic Charter?」
「a. This ad was used before the Olympic Games」 『b:これはヨナが五輪中につけてるピアス写真です。』 「b. This photo shows the earrings of J.ESTINA worn by Kim Yu-Na」 『c:これは五輪期間中の宣伝広告です。』 「c. Kim Yu-Na wore these earrings of J.ESTINA during the Olympic Games as this photo shows」 の方がいい気がしてきた・・・
You assume that you were an Olympic official sponsor. Is it possible to permit this situation?

violate an Olympic charter でググると violate the Olympic Charter が出る。 violate the Olympic Charter の部分は「the」が正解らしい。 あと、英語サイトの「Don't Hijabs Violate The Olympic Charter?」
