J-estina, a Korean jewelry company and NOT one of the official Vancouver Olympic sponsors,
has been using Ms. Kim Yu-Na in their advertisements for the product lineup called Kim Yu-Na Model Earrings, which Ms. Kim wore in the Olympic Games.

She wore the products of J-estina, namely earrings, during ladies figure skating competitions,
the medal ceremony, and official press conferences.

Meanwhile, J-estina continued to advertise the products DURING the Olympic Games
explicitly claiming that Kim Yu-Na wore the earrings in the Olympics.

Their actions are highly likely a violation of the Olympic Charter.

ヨナ本人を使ってきました。

キム・ヨナは、女子フィギュアの試合中、表彰式、そして記者会見でジェスティナのピアスを
着用していました。

その一方で、ジェスティナはキムヨナがオリンピックで着用したとして、オリンピック「期間中」に
キムヨナモデルを宣伝し続けていました。

これらの行動は、五輪憲章違反の可能性が高いです。
