■Windows8.1でのFlashPlayerプチフリーズ問題について（Windows10でも起きるという報告あり）

　Windows8.1で、InternetExplorerまたはFirefoxで動画を再生していると、
　突然動画が１秒から数秒止まり、その後シーンが飛んで続きが再生されることがあります。
　止まるのは映像のみで、音声は流れ続けます。
　発生するのは上記の通りIEとFirefoxのみで、Chromeでは発生しないとされています。
　バグ報告もされていますが、Adobe社の怠慢により、詳しい原因はいまだに判明していません。
　ただ、タスクマネージャーの「関係の設定」で、FlashPlayerが使うCPUを固定すると改善されるようです。
　FLAASというツールでCPU固定処理を自動化することもできますが、導入する場合は自己責任で行うようにして下さい。
