b配列全てをa配列のケツにコピーするとき

std::vector<char> a;
char b[]={0,1,1,3,4};
a.insert(a.begin(),&b[0],&b[sizeof b]);

これでいいの？

&b[sizeof b]
これが死ぬほど気持ち悪いんだけど
