貧困層だな考えるだけ無駄だろ
単純に廉価版Windows10
目的としては学校で利用しあ場合の無駄な音声アシスタントの排除やら
ストアやらUMPの削除。
Windows7のような構成でWindows8近い存在だろ。

アプリとかはレイアウトはシステムフォントをいじっているので
Windows7を８以降で使うと文字が小さかったり共通だろうけどさ


学校で求められるのは
通信で圧迫しないこと
アップデートで端末のストレージの容量が肥大化しないこと
頻繁にアップデートしないこと（迷惑）
など

今の仕様のWindowsは不便すぎてもう学校で使えるOSじゃないんだよ。

余計なもの省いた軽量版ってだけなら良いかなと思ったけど
大事なもの制限されすぎて一般利用には向いてないのな

学校だと導入して５年使う。
スペックは正当な理由がないと上げられない。
最近だとSSD選択するところがあるが容量は最低選択。
上げると都道府県の教育庁からスペックで口出しされる。

回線に関しては教員用と生徒用で別回線使っているが
回線そのものは通常の光回線程度。
一般家庭の契約の回線にパソコン１００台とかぶら下がった状態。
頻繁にアクセスするタイプは望まれない。

動画は基本アクセス禁止。

Windows 10 S PC で Windows 10 Pro に切り替える方法は?

Windows 10 Pro には、いつでも簡単に Windows ストアを通じて手頃な価格で切り替える
ことができます。料金は Windows ストアでお支払いください。

詳細または Windows 10 Pro への切り替えについては、Windows ストアで Windows 10 Pro を
検索してください。

教育ユーザーは、教育機関向け Microsoft ストアを使用して、無料で Windows 10 S デバイスを
Windows 10 Pro Education に切り替えることができます。詳細については、「Windows 10 Pro
または Windows 10 S から Windows 10 Pro Education に切り替える」を参照してください。

注意　Pro への切り替えは不可逆的です。いったん切り替えると、Windows 10 S に戻すことは
できません。

どこに問題があるかといえば
エディションで分けることが間違ってるし
前バージョンでできていたことができなくなっている時点
おかしいと思わないとダメなんだ。
粗悪品を当たり前だと思っていること自体大間違い。

RTと違ってデスクトップアプリは制限してるだけだからコレを任意で解除出来れば軽量Win10として個人でも使い道が有るんだけどなあ

ガチガチで高度なハックしないと解除出来ないレベルなんだろうか？
