Operation Overlord didn't end on the beaches. 75 years ago today, British Army units were fighting hard around the village of Villers Bocage
in an attempt to capture Caen. They were to withdraw on 14 June 1944 with the loss of around 217 casualties. #Remembrance #Normandy75
