えっと・・・被告４州は、どうしてテキサス州から訴えられたのか、理解しているのだろうか？

確か最高裁が要求したのは、「なぜ州憲法に違反した状態で、郵便投票の緩和を行ったのか？」
という質問に対する回答だったと思うのだが。
