@vcdgf555 Volna and Baza fire control radars are in stand-by position
and the Zif-122 launcher of the Osa-M system is retracted,
indicating the S-300F and Osa-M air defence systems had been inactive.

@AlbertSmeee @vcdgf555 I think the ships sensors just failed to detect the incoming missile(s),
let alone the very low-RCS TB2, if the story about it is right.

The fire control radars of the S-300F and the OSA needs to get target data from search radars, which are obsolete.
