あと何年か前の軍事研究に載ってたがアメリカの105kWレーザー（MLD？）が悪天候下でも目標を無力化できることを実証したとあったな
気象条件が悪くなれば当然威力や射程は落ちるはずだけど、その度合いはレーザー側の性能と天候次第だろ
