コソボのセルビア系居住区でサイレンが鳴って、セルビア系住民がいくつかの道をブロックし始めたらしい。
理由としては前から話題になってたセルビアのIDカードで入国できなくなる＋セルビアの車のプレートをコソボのものに変えるようにコソボ側が決定したことによると。
