内容はこれの6.02とか11.01以降で電話、メール、会議と人員交流などが規制されていて社外取締役とセキュリティー担当が訪問などの許可を出せるということにはなってるが、機密情報は出せない。そしてその機密情報というのはITARで設計そのものだけではなくノウハウなども規制されているので、事実上財務関係のやり取り以外は不可能になっている

実際BAEシステムズ本体の社長も財務以外の内容は見れないと言ってる
