Arm Cortex CPUライセンスを取得すると独自GPU・NPU・ISP・Modemは利用不可。
AppleやSamsungは独自のライセンスでこれに縛られず独自の物を使えるようだ。

んー、結構酷い。
Nvidiaは独自のGPUを使えなきゃ商売あがったりだろうに。
