The two air forces worked together on the development of a training program for the US students on the basis of the Multiphase Jet Training Integrated Syllabus, which is a nine-month full course staged by the IFTS to ensure students are ready to be assigned to an OCU (Operational Conversion Unit) with a solid experience and knowledge of fighter operations, both in air-to-air and air-to-ground environments.
両空軍は、マルチフェーズジェット訓練統合シラバスに基づき、米国人学生向けの訓練プログラムを共同で開発しました。このシラバスは、IFTSが実施する9ヶ月間のフルコースで、学生が空対空および空対地環境の両方における戦闘機運用に関する確かな経験と知識を身につけ、OCU（作戦転換部隊）への配属準備を整えられるよう支援するものです。
