Unity Issue Tracker で以下のようなバグとして登録されています：
“Inspector throws threading exceptions when inspecting arrays or lists”
（配列やリストをインスペクターで表示するとスレッド系例外が出る）

不具合でるならダウングレード使えばいいんじゃね
