短いファイル名でも使っているのでは？

つ -ft オプション

(C++ only) If the compiler cannot open a header file
whose file name is longer than 8 letters or
whose file extension is longer than 3 letters, it will
truncate the name at 8 letters and the extension at 3 letters
and try to open a file with the shortened name.
This is the default behaviour for the compiler.
