IBindCtxやIMonikerを引数に渡すAPIやInterfaceが多いのですが、
MSDNを何度読んでも、どういう時にどういう設定で使えばよいか良くわからず、困っています。

MSDNに、
The IBindCtx interface provides access to a bind context, ・・・
と書かれていますが、”bind context”とは何なのでしょうか？
