FSRef は確か Deprecated だよなあって、Yosemite だけど LaunchServices.framework の中見たら _LSSetStrongBindingForFileURL がちゃんとあった
ググってみても _LSSetStrongBindingForFileURL のプロトタイプを解析した人はいなさげだけど
まあ、_LSSetStrongBindingForRef もまだあるようだからそれでいいんじゃね
