　「2月には三菱電機がサイバー攻撃を受け、自衛隊が使用するレーダー技術の情報を盗まれた。10年前から
日本企業を狙っていた中国の政府系ハッカーによるものと考えられるので、実際は以前から攻撃を受け、情報を
盗まれていたのではないか。人事情報だけが盗まれたとしているが、中国は技術力のある人も欲しがっているので、
“機密情報は盗まれていないから大丈夫だった”という話ではない。情報を盗まれ続けて倒産したあるカナダ企業の
場合、最終的には20～30人の有能な社員がHUAWEIに迎え入れられている。僕が聞いたケースでは、新卒採用で
入ってきた日本人が実はスパイで、辞める時に情報を持っていかれたというパターンもある。そのようにして、
相手国の経済を支えるような企業の技術力を盗んで力を削ぎ、自らが優位に立つ、ということが行われている。
アメリカが怒っているのも、そのような実態があるからだ」。
　元警視庁公安部の江藤史朗氏は「最近ではスーパーコンピューター富岳の解析データ、あるいは国境問題などの
外交・防衛の情報、そして人工衛星やロケットなど、大手企業や国がお金を出してやっているような技術を狙って
いるだろう」と話す。また、北朝鮮の元工作員、キム・ドンシク氏は「昔から北朝鮮の工作員は工作船で日本に潜入し、
在日朝鮮人をスパイに仕立て上げている。そのネットワークは今も健在で、今も彼らは確実に日本で仕事をしている。
今後も日本から多くの情報を吸い上げ、軍事強化に活用していくだろう」と証言した。

　イギリスの諜報機関・MI6に7年前まで所属、日本でも活動した経験を持つという男性は「もしイギリス国内で
ソフトバンク事件のようなことが起きたとしたら、スパイを国外に逃がすことなど絶対にありえないし、殺害する権限も
ある。そして、そうなったとしてもニュースになることはない」と話す。また、中国のスパイを監視する任務にあたって
いた経験から、「いま最も警戒すべきは中国だ。私が東京、大阪で活動していた時、日本企業の技術情報を盗む
中国のスパイを数多く確認した」と話した。

　こういう人たちと日常的に話をしていると、国際政治の話をするときに要人暗殺やテロも分析の要因として組み入れる
ことに抵抗がなくなる。その結果、平和愛好的な日本人の国際政治学者には見えない現実が筆者には見えることがある。

...The case should’ve been closed.

Instead, even in light of Comey apparently saying that
the calls between Flynn and the Russian ambassador “appear legit”
Obama directed Comey to “look at things” and
make sure “the right people” investigate it.

And Biden chimed in, too, by bringing up the Logan Act which was used as
a pretext to interview Flynn weeks later.

Mind you, all of this happened after the election.

The incoming Trump administration had no idea that
Obama, Biden, Comey and Strzok were busy setting the stage for
what would become a multi-year struggle to show that
they didn’t collude with the Russian government.

So much for a peaceful transition of power.
Thankfully, the DC Circuit stepped in to restore
a bit of justice after the government’s multi-year campaign
to destroy Flynn’s reputation.
The FBI and DOJ’s actions to frame an American citizen,
drag him to court and cover up their transgressions
should have never happened.
Let’s all hope they never happen again.

キューバ危機を扱った映画「１３デイズ」でもソ連大使館が書類を燃やしていた。
ケビン・コスナー演じる大統領特別補佐官いわく、「連中は戦争する覚悟ができている。」
現状はキューバ危機と同じ程度の危機で、米中戦争一歩手前なのだろうか。

また、同映画ではキューバの海上封鎖を建前上、検疫（quarantine）と呼んでいた。
アメリカが次にとる行動は、南シナ海での海上封鎖か？
中国人の漁師（海上民兵）が新型コロナに感染している可能性があるとか言い出しそう。
