収集はダウンロードしたりした他人のコンテンツの事だろ
それの映像にコンピューター音声をくっつけただけの物を再アップロードre uploading
した場合の物がチャンネルに含まれると収益化されないって事だ

Adsense guidelines include videos where the channel is just collecting public content and then re uploading it that is not monetizable
if the video uses a computer-generated voice over images that is not monetizable

AdSenseガイドラインではチャンネルが単に公開コンテンツを収集した動画を使用して映像にコンピュータで生成された音声を
追加しただけの動画を含む場合は収益化できません
