元交際相手の女性につきまとい行為をしたとして、埼玉県の４０代の自衛官がストーカー規制法違反の疑いで逮捕されました。
警察の調べに対し、この自衛官は「駐車違反の車を見に近くまで行っただけだ」などと供述し、容疑を否認しているということです。
逮捕されたのは埼玉県の陸上自衛隊朝霞駐屯地に所属する２等陸曹、脇正義容疑者（４０）です。
警察によりますと脇容疑者は７日の午前５時半ごろ、熊本県内に住む、元交際相手の３０代の女性の家の様子をうかがうなどのつきまといをした、ストーカー規制法違反の疑いがもたれています。
警察によりますと、脇容疑者は元々、ネット上で被害者の女性のひぼう中傷の書き込みをしたり写真を投稿したりしていたことから警察から去年７月、つきまといの禁止命令が出されていました。
警察では、被害者の自宅近くから「家の前に駐車違反の車がある」と匿名の１１０番通報を受けて、警察が駆けつけたところ脇容疑者が現場近くを歩いていたことから身もとを確認したところ、
つきまといの禁止命令が出されていたことがわかりストーカー規制法違反の疑いで逮捕されたということです。
警察の調べに対し、脇容疑者は「駐車違反の車を見に近くまで行っただけだ」などと供述し、容疑を否認しているということで警察で詳しく調べています。

Unregulated Crypto Assets can facilitate unlawful behavior,
