RETASをアンインストールしたあと、
リンク先のフォルダ（７/Vistaなら　C:\User\（お客様のユーザー名）
\App Data\Roamig\CELSYS\、XPなら　C:\Documents and Settings\
（お客様のユーザー名）\Application Data\CELSYS\)
を削除。
それからインストールしなおしてみる。
