I do freelance illustration for editorial and branding types of projects, and I use Design Doll a ton.
It's really great for getting a baseline proportional figure in whatever perspective you need.
I loosely trace the proportions of those and then draw out the rest from my head.
It's an incredibly efficient way to get an accurate sketch of a person down, especially in difficult perspectives.

ざっくりアタリをトレスして残りは想像で仕上げてる。人物を正確にスケッチするのにこれだけ効率的な方法はない。難しいパースのときは特に。）
