What’s the JAJAH “Fair Use” Policy ?
The JAJAH Fair Use policy allows us to offer free calling to our users.
To provide the maximum number of free minutes to users,
JAJAH must balance the cost of free calls with the revenue
we receive from paid services (such as paid calls, text messages, scheduled calling,
and conference calls),
therefore we ask you to make at least one payment every 6 weeks to enjoy free minutes.
To preserve this balance, JAJAH may limit free calling minutes on a weekly or monthly basis.

I called from my landline to another registered landline, but still got charged. Why?
There are several possible reasons. For a call to be free, the following must take place:
You are calling from the JAJAH website (JAJAH.Web) and using a personal account.
Your friend’s number is registered with JAJAH and you and your friend is located in the JAJAH Free Global Calling Zone.
You have not exceeded the Fair Use policy calling limit. This limit varies from country to country.
Please contact JAJAH Support for details.
You are a user in good standing: We reward free calls to users who are in good standing.
A user in good standing is defined as someone who made a deposit to their JAJAH account in a 6 week period.
Inactive users will not have access to the benefits of the JAJAH Free Global Calling Program.
