Looks like GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 were just quietly updated. GPT-4 says the new knowledge cutoff is January 2022 and I’ve confirmed that it’s not hallucinating (it knows JWST launch date/time). GPT-3.5 still says the cutoff is September 2021 but it has the same updated info as GPT-4.
