これって、http://SONOFFのIP/cm?cmnd=Power%20on　でonにするっぽいんだけど、
これを691氏のでコントロールしたい場合、オイラUNIXよくわかんないんだが、

command smart:on curl -s http://SONOFFのIP/cm?cmnd=Power%20on　で登録して
send smart:on()　で実行って認識でいいんだろうか？
