暁光はPEZYの所有物で、JAMSTECは場所貸してるだけっぽいからあまりJAMSTECは悪くないのでは
スパコンの莫大な開発費とさらに製造費までベンチャーでまかなうのは相当大変だと思われ、巷で噂される政治家に金を流す余裕などなさそう（某元記者がNEDO予算を元手にロビー活動しまくったって可能性はあるけど
