NHKの早朝の特ダネで事件が明るみに出た12月5日午前、私は、斉藤容疑者が米国で起業した頃に出会ったという
知人X氏に「話を聞きたい」とメールを送った。すると、即座に折り返しの電話がかかってきた。X氏は早口でまくし立てた後、私にこう言った。

「“彼”とは深く付き合わないほうがいい、と何度も言っておいたのに…」

“彼”とは、山口敬之氏のことだった。

X氏によると、斉藤容疑者はスパコンを研究機関などに売り込むとき、山口氏を同行させ、研究機関などの担当者に、
「安倍総理の信頼が厚い方で、当社の顧問です」と紹介していたという。

X氏は、「斉藤（容疑者）は開発資金を提供してくれる企業経営者らを探せばよかったのに、大手企業からの出資を受けることには
消極的だった」と話したうえで、こう付け加えた。

「その結果、国からの補助金を口利きしてくれる期待がもてる人と仲良くなったのだろう」

この発言はあくまでX氏の見立てだ。実際に山口氏がP社顧問としてどんな役割を果たしていたかはわからない。
詐取した助成金の使いみちを調べていけば、わかることもあるかもしれない。

だが、別の人物もX氏と同じような感想を抱いていた。P社が開発したスパコンを導入予定だった研究者Y氏だ。

Y氏は斉藤容疑者とこれまで3回ほど会ったことがある。
斉藤容疑者は山口氏を紹介したあと、「弊社はベンチャーですが、官邸との関係もあるので、信頼していただいて大丈夫です」と言い、
隣りにいた山口氏は自著の『総理』をY氏に手渡したという。

もっと厳罰と罰金を大きくして一生懸命頑張っている中企業をのし上らせる法律を考えるべきでは？

大手ゼネコンというと、談合とかしか思い浮かばないのが悲しい。
リニアなんてどんな工事なのか、想像も着かず、賄賂、癒着、裏金、接待、政治、腹黒い感じがしてしょうがないです。
不正入札もだめですよ。ゼネコンと言っても中身は”組”組織の意識と行動ですね。恥ずかしくないだろうけど、慣れてるからね。
利権絡めば規模が大きかろうが小さかろうが、公共工事には談合が付き物。
捜査で工期が遅れようが、長引けば長引くほどこの業界は潤う。

何があったのか知りませんが、それを取り上げるのであれば森友、加計問題を捜査すべきではないでしょうか。
