The data center engineers did both day's worth of maintenance back to back in one day.
Thats why there was longer downtime than expected.

2回に分けてやるはずだったメンテナンスを1日でやりました
だから当初の予定より時間がかかっちゃった

みたいなメンテ無い説もある(´・ω・｀)
