スレ場所はtwintail改造ネタを追っかけてる時よく（自分的に）謎なスレで議論が進んで２ちゃんが仕様変更されたりしてたので
一応2ch開発室だしいいかなと。
専ブラ作者の方がいらっしゃらないのは私も不思議で、このまま決まっちゃっていいのかなと思いました。
適宜経過・結果をそれぞれの専ブラ使用者の皆さんがそれぞれの作者さんとコンタクト取れるスレに
お持ちになっていて、結果待ちしているのかなと。

y : how many times you were recored in BlackList
z : how many times you can post arround 16hours
if x+y > z , you can not post arround 16hours
x will decremented by other person's posting
During posting error, if you try to post and get error again, y is incremented.
