業務用mdbのコードを見てて気づいたんだけど､戻り値を使わないのに､functionを作成しているのが非常に多い。
どんなメリット､デメリットがあるのですか？戻り値用の変数を用意するから速度が低下するのが問題なんですか？

英語の本には

て書いてあってヤメレって書いてあるのになんでやりまくるのですかね？
