sc.exe qc lanmanworkstation でみたら
DEPENDENCIES MRxSmb20 しかなかった

なので

sc.exe config lanmanworkstationdepend=bowser/MRxSmb10/MRxSmb20/NSI
sc.exe config mrxsmb10 start= auto

してみたら

[SC] OpenService FAILD 5:
アクセスが拒否されました。

となった
どうしたらいい？
